Croissant Chicken Salad Sandwiches


2 C chicken (or turkey), chopped
½ C celery, chopped
½ C cashews, chopped
½ C mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill weed
salt (to taste)
grated parmesan cheese (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)

(Spread between croissant halves not too far ahead of time so that the sandwiches aren’t soggy.)
